Coconut Cove: Part 2

3D Modeling & Rendering, Graphic Design 2 Comments

The first part of this project focussed on modeling and familiarizing ourselves with Rhino, this part was quite a bit different all together. Here we were told to go out and take photos of areas that our parks would look good in, fit well in and that have decent perspective so we can modify our 3d models accordingly. unfortunately it was winter so two images have snow, and the third we could use a photo of our choice. Once we had the images we had to modify the perspective of our scenes in rhino and output renders to merge with the photos. Once we had done this we added details like people, more snow, signs or whatever else we wished. Corel Photopaint was used for a portion, but due to time constraints i resorted to good old photoshop, which i am more familiar with.
