House Renovation Experiment

This project / house renovation took place in the summer of 2007, while working construction. The client had a small older house which suffered from a leaky roof in the winter/ spring time and also wanted to add an outer deck space to relax in front of the house in the summer. Once we determined what the client wanted we decided to throw together a few quick renders / visuals to give the client a better understanding of what the finished product would look like. based on the model of the deck, we were able to estimate how much materials would cost, and determine most of the problems ahead of time.

The finished deck/ roof extension turned out great, and the clients were extremly pleased with the finished product.
